Brussels, Belgium — We’re proud to announce that Mindful Tees has been awarded the 2025 Brussels Wearable Art Prize, recognizing excellence in innovation, design, and cultural impact in wearable art across Europe.
Selected from over 500 international entries, our winning design stood out for its bold visual language, powerful message, and commitment to both craft and concept. The Brussels Wearable Art Prize celebrates creators who blur the lines between fashion and art—who don’t just design garments, but tell stories through them.
"This year’s winner pushes boundaries with irony, symbolism, and social reflection—an unforgettable piece that speaks as loudly as it wears beautifully," said Camille Duret, jury chair and curator at the Brussels Design Forum.
The award was presented at the annual BWAP Gala held in Brussels, attended by leading figures from the European design scene. Winning entries will be featured in the traveling exhibition Wear/Why: The Politics of Garment, opening later this year in Berlin, Copenhagen, and Marseille.
